Pristine Blue is a non-chlorine system that consists of 6 products that will help you keep your pool or spa crystal clear.
Pristine Blue is the cornerstone product, it is applied to control algae and bacteria. Pristine Clean inhibits scale formation and stains caused by metals in the water. Pristine Power is the shock and non-chlorine oxidizer, as it dissolves it removes odors and organic materials. Pristine Extra contains 99% sodium di-chlor which dissipates rendering the water back to a non-chlorine state. The key to the Pristine Blue system is your water balance. Properly balanced water is essential in the prevention of pool problems. The main job that you will need to do weekly is to test the water to make sure the pool water is balanced. The total alkalinity must be between 50 to 90ppm. The Ph of the water has to be between 7.2 to 7.6 and the calcium hardness must be in the range of 100 to 300 ppm. Pristine Clean is then added, 2 ounces for every 10,000 gallons of water. The pool will stay crystal clear all year long if you follow these simple steps.
