Unofficial Apple Release - IWatch with the TikTok Watch Band

Last years WWDC Apple released the 6th generation iPod Nano, a futuristic update to the many previous versions of the iPod Nano. Over the years the iPod Nano has gone thru many dramatic changes from long, short, wide, curved glass, and most recently palm sized. At one point the iPod Nano had a camera, only to be discontinued in record time.
Many people including myself were very excited about the recent 6h generation iPod Nano. It's the first time Apple has included a touch screen in a small device, it also featured a clip, so runners who have been using the iPod Shuffle could finally carry more music with them. The iPod Nano was always the go between the shuffle and classic iPod, offering the best of both worlds.
As a runner the only question for me was the correct way to wear the new iPod Nano. I could never clip it onto a singlet with the Nike+ iPod accessories without it eventually falling off or being extremely uncomfortable. I needed a solution that could stabilize the iPod Nano so I could take full advantage of the Nano and Nike+ application, and play my music without interruption.
Naturally I aggressively searched the Internet for a solution. My discovery only led to disappointment, silicone cases, and hard fake carbon fiber case. Prior to throwing in the towel and returning to full use of my iPod Shuffle I stumbled upon the TikTok Watch Band.

I was immediately very excited to receive my TikTok Watch Band, and there was no disappointment. The TikTok Band is made of high quality metal and rubber parts, the designers put an enormous amount of effort into detail. Visually it looks exactly like an aggressive sports watchband, and functionally it is all Apple. TikTok allows for direct access to connections for charging, headphone jack, and Nike+ accessories. The Nano simply snaps into the top of the band, a notched dock provides plenty of security. Stainless steal buckle with an adjustable back to ensure the extra band material will not bounce.
Not only was I able to finally safely secure my iPod Nano during my runs, but now I could wear my Nano all the time. One of the popular applications built into the multi touch 6th generation iPod Nano is the clock. The clock application fills the glass screen with a full digital or analog watch. Using the TikTok I was able to morph my iPod Nano into an iWatch. The looks from people are priceless, and TikTok and Apple look like they were meant to be.
I really enjoyed using the Nano as a watch, and running accessory. This is a must have if you are looking to take full advatntage of all the iPod Nano applications. My only disappointment is that although the TikTok is waterproof the Nano is not. Perhaps one day Apple will design a waterproof Nano and then I can hang my presidential Rolex and go full iWatch!
The TikTok Watch Band is available at www.lunatik.com and retails for $39.95. It is available in black and white. Over the weekend the company just started selling the TakTick, a woodland camouflage pattern with a stainless steal iPod Nano dock, it retails for $99.95 and looks awesome!
Side note: The TikTok is waterproof, the iPod Nano is not. You will be tempted to use your Nano as a waterproof watch, please be mindful that it is not waterproof and you can not swim with the iPod Nano
