Two Perfect Venues for Adult Swimming Lessons in Morgan Hill, CA
If you are looking to learn how to swim as an adult, Morgan Hill boasts two amazing places to do so. Both the Morgan Hill Centennial Center and Morgan Hill Aquatics Center are perfect places to jump in and learn how to swim this summer.
First on the list is the Morgan Hill Centennial Center which features a natatorium, or indoor pool, that for many people might help learning how to swim a little more comfortable. You can beat the heat in this indoor facility and its three 20 yard lap lanes and smaller pool area make for a more intimate learning environment. The changing rooms are easily accessible, private and well maintained. The center also hosts a full gym, activities center, and much more. Throughout the summer both MHCC and MHAC offer private swim lessons for adults at any skill level and are taught by the centers' staff which is made up of some of the best top-notch swimmers the South Bay has to offer. Each center has the same schedule structure which runs for two weeks for a total of 4 sessions, 2 days a week, either Monday amp; Wednesday or Tuesday amp; Thursday for a half hour of private instruction, with the hours ranging to suit your needs from 8:30am to 6:30pm.
Price wise, for sessions at the Morgan Hill Aquatics Center resident members pay $108 and non-members $118. For non-resident members the cost is $118 and for non-resident, non-members that would be $128.
The Morgan Hill Centennial Center charges $215 for a resident member, $230 for a resident non-member, $225 for a non-resident member, and finally $240 for the non-member, non-resident.
Registration for these sessions is open now through August but is on a first come, first serve basis so be sure to check out the schedule for details. Also, something to note is that when you become a member of the MHCC and when you are up and running and want to swim on a regular basis, you will have membership access to the MHAC as well.
