Add algaecide. Algaecides help prevent algae growth, which is what causes green pool water. Add a regular maintenance dose to help keep pool water clean and clear.
Add clarifier. If your pool water looks cloudy, you can clear it right up with a regular maintenance dose of clarifier.
Cover the pool. Reduce pool maintenance by covering the pool before any big storm, or if you plan on going on vacation. This will help keep heavy contaminates out, reduce clean up time, and keep pool water clean.
